Civana Retreat

Civana Retreat in Carefree, Arizona, is under construction by Ameris Construction. Work began in October 2026.

The renderings show the finished retreat: a resort pool and sun deck, poolside cabanas, an outdoor bar and dining terrace under a pergola, and an indoor studio opening onto a shaded lawn.
