Construction Management on the owner's side
As construction manager, our priority is to be your advocate at every step. We work alongside clients from predevelopment through operation, and tailor the process to each project and the outcomes you want.
Our services include
- Reviewing all project and development documents to fulfill our fiduciary responsibilities
- Working with every stakeholder to streamline permits and inspections
- Checking every proposal for an accurate scope and fair, reasonable pricing
- Keeping the general contractor and subcontractors aligned on schedule, budget and overall success
- Verifying construction schedules and managing them regularly
- Evaluating contracts and confirming proper insurance coverage and performance
- Managing pay applications, change orders and invoices, and preparing draw requests for ownership approval
- Running weekly owner, architect and contractor (OAC) meetings
- Weekly custom reports so ownership can track progress
- Coordinating outside vendors (FF&E, elevators, landscaping, utilities and municipalities) with construction
- Full closeout: punch lists, retainage, inspections, certificates of occupancy, warranty and spec books, and as-built drawings
