Phase 03
Project Management one point of contact
Our project management team is the conductor of the whole process. It oversees every part of the project so each piece works together toward your goals, and it is usually your main point of contact.
Your project management team handles
- Leadership and vision for the project team
- Subcontractor buyout
- How the trades fit together and overlap, with no gaps between them
- Managing cost within agreed prices
- Maintaining and reviewing the contract schedule
- Managing the overall project budget
- Teamwork across the whole project
- Day-to-day contact with you
Your liaison
The project management team handles owner involvement in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor selection, value engineering of design and products, utility companies and the municipality. Working closely with field operations, it keeps day-to-day progress and changes aligned with your goals, and offers recommendations from pre-construction through completion.
Scheduling
Scheduling starts in pre-construction and continues for the life of the project. We build critical-path schedules as Gantt charts in Microsoft Project, update them monthly with the field team, and have a third-party scheduling firm review them for accuracy.
Let's talk about your next build
Tell us where the project stands (a site, a pro forma or a full set of drawings) and we'll tell you how we can help.
